Group stages protest at Smithsonian National Museum of American History on the 12th anniversary of Guantanamo Bay Prison

“Following a procession of hundreds of people walking in the rain from the White House, members of Witness Against Torture (WAT) infiltrated the Smithsonian National Museum of American History on the 12th anniversary of Guantanamo Bay Prison. Hundreds of tourists inside the museum watched as we demand Guantanamo be a part of history. ”

“We’re gonna’ have a nation that don’t torture no one, but it’s gonna’ take courage for that change to come.”
